Hi, I'm Charlie, a full time Personal Trainer, fitness fanatic and inspirational creator!

I've had a passion for social media and creating for as long as I can remember - from running a YouTube channel, to writing a blog, to now having various successful pages to spread my message and content over TikTok and Instagram, I love every aspect of it!

I started my UGC journey last year in the hopes of helping brands build an audience that trusts their products and their message, through fun, relatable, scroll-stopping content.

Everything behind my UGC work is done by me - from the ideas to the script writing, filming and editing - I'm a one-woman show!

I work mainly within the fitness, health and wellness niche, having worked with supplement companies, fitness apparel brands and other fitness products like massage guns. I'm also super passionate about women's health and educating others around menstrual health and periods, as well as being an eco-friendly queen!
