Hi! I’m Laura, a social media and content creating enthusiast! I’m 38 years old, but like to think I don’t look it, I definitely don’t feel it haha. I’ve been creating content for the past 5 years and absolutely LOVE IT! 

I’m from Nova Scotia, Canada, am a wife to the best husband and a dog mom to an old lady who’s 15!

I’m extremely passionate about health, fitness, food and nutrition! If I’m not creating content, I’m most likely in the gym or in the kitchen trying out new recipes! 

I love hockey - I played it growing up and we have season tickets to our local Q league team - I know, how very Canadian of me lol

The content I love creating most is honestly any content where I get to have fun doing it! I love being able to bring my personality into it! I love trying out new brands, products and fashion and coming up with unique ways to showcase them!
