## Pricing questions

### How does renewal work?

Annual access is $245 a year and renews automatically. Turn off renewal any time in your account and you keep access until the year ends. Nothing is charged per creator or per deal.

### What happens if I cancel?

Access continues until the end of the year you paid for. Saved creators, shortlists and searches are kept for 12 months and come back if you subscribe again.

### Can I search before I buy?

Yes. Anyone can search, filter and open creator profiles for free. Buying unlocks contact details and social links.

### What contact details do I get?

Each creator’s business email and social profile links, as long as the creator has allowed them to be shown to brands.

### Do you take a commission on deals?

No. You agree rates and pay creators directly. UGCStars is not involved after the introduction.

### Can my team share one account?

No. Annual access is for one person: whoever controls the email used to buy it. Each person who needs access buys their own.

### I bought on the old UGCStars site. Do I pay again?

No. Log in with the email you purchased with and your access carries over.

### How do promo codes work?

Enter the code at checkout. A code only works while its promotion is active, applies to the first year only, and the discount shows before you pay.

### Is posting a brief really free?

Yes. You can post a brief without an account or a purchase. We send it to matching creators who opted in, and they contact you directly.

### Is it free for creators?

Yes. Creators join and stay listed for free and keep 100% of their earnings.
