Affiliate terms

1. Joining

You must be 18 or older and have a PayPal account. Applications are approved automatically. We review activity afterwards and can close accounts that break these terms.

2. Commission

You earn $100 for each new customer who buys UGCStars annual access through your link or code. After that, you earn $50 each time that customer renews, for as long as your affiliate account is open. Existing customers and your own purchases don’t count.

3. Referral window

A sale counts if it happens within 30 days of the customer’s last click on your link. If the customer enters your code at checkout, the sale is yours whatever links they clicked. If two affiliate links are clicked, the last one before purchase gets the sale.

4. Brand discount

Your link and code take $25 off the first year at the $245 price, so the brand pays $220. Renewals are charged at the standard price. They can’t be combined with other promo codes. If a customer uses a different code, the sale is still credited to you when it falls inside your referral window.

5. Hold and payouts

Each commission, including renewal commissions, is held for 60 days after the payment. If the customer is refunded in that time, the commission is reversed. After 60 days it becomes payable.

We pay payable commissions by PayPal on the 1st of each month once they total at least $100. You need a W-9 or W-8BEN on file before your first payout, and you’re responsible for tax on what you earn.

6. Disclosure

Say clearly that you earn a commission wherever you share your link or code, close to the link and in plain words. This is required by the FTC Endorsement Guides in the US and similar rules elsewhere.

7. Not allowed

• Buying through your own link or code, or having someone buy for you.
• Bidding on “UGCStars” or close misspellings in paid search.
• Posting your code on coupon, deal or cashback sites.
• Spam, including unsolicited email and DMs.
• Presenting yourself as UGCStars, or making claims about UGCStars that aren’t true.

Commissions from sales that break these rules aren’t paid.

8. Changes and ending

We can change these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. You or we can end the agreement at any time. Commissions earned before the end still clear and are paid, unless the account was closed for breaking these terms.
