Portfolio website review for UGC creators

I review your portfolio website and send written feedback within 5 working days: what works, what to fix first and suggested wording.

The short version

I personally review your portfolio website, the page or site where you show brands your UGC work, and send you written feedback within 5 working days. You get what’s working, what to change first, and suggested wording for the parts brands read.

Your portfolio is often the last thing a brand looks at before deciding whether to email you, and most portfolios lose brands for the same few fixable reasons. Those are what I look for.

It costs $39 once. Right after you pay, you send me your portfolio link and the kind of brands you want to work with. The review is non-refundable once it’s delivered.

What I review

Any public page you send brands counts as a portfolio website: your own site, a Notion or Canva page, a link-in-bio page with your videos, or your UGCStars profile if that’s your portfolio. I look at it the way a brand manager does, on a phone, in a few minutes.

What the review coversEvery review covers all of these areas.
AreaWhat I look at
First impressionWhat a brand sees on the first phone screen, and whether it says who you are and what you make within five seconds
Your samplesWhich videos you show, in what order, and whether they show range in formats and niches
Video playbackWhether videos load, play vertically, have clear thumbnails and work with the sound off
About youYour niche, the audiences you make content for, and the details brands filter by
Rates and packagesWhether your pricing or packages are clear enough to start a conversation
ContactHow quickly a brand can reach you, and whether anything gets in the way
TrustHonest labels on practice work, real brand names only, and anything that could look exaggerated
ConsistencyWhether your portfolio and your UGCStars profile tell the same story

How it works

  1. Buy the review below. You’ll need to accept the Terms; the review is a one-off payment and doesn’t renew.
  2. Right after paying, send your portfolio link, the kind of brands you want to work with, and anything you’d like me to look at closely.
  3. The 5 working days start when I have your link. Working days are Monday to Friday.
  4. You get the written review by email, to the address you bought with.
  5. Reply with one follow-up question within 14 days if anything isn’t clear.

Who it’s for, and who it isn’t for

It’s for you if

  • You have a portfolio website or page and you send it to brands.
  • Brands look but don’t reply, and you want to know why.
  • You’re moving into a new niche and want your portfolio to show it.

It isn’t for you if

  • You don’t have a portfolio yet. Start with the profile checklist and the portfolio starter pack.
  • You want someone to build or design your site. This is feedback, not a design service.
  • You want feedback on a single video. The review looks at your portfolio as a whole.

A sample of my feedback

This is an example, not a real creator. It shows the style and depth of the notes you’ll get for each area.

Example feedbackExample feedback for a made-up portfolio.
AreaWhat I sawWhat I’d change
First impressionThe first screen is a large photo and “Welcome to my world”. A brand has to scroll to learn what you make.Lead with one line: “UGC creator for skincare and wellness brands. Testimonials, demos and unboxings.” Put your best video right under it.
Your samplesNine videos, all talking to camera, the strongest one sixth.Show four: your best testimonial first, then a demo, an unboxing and a fast paid-ad cut. Drop the rest.
ContactThe only contact is a form at the bottom of a long page.Add your email and “Book a call” at the top and the bottom. Brands want one tap.
