Rate card template

A one-page rate card in four parts: per-video prices by length, bundles, usage rights, and add-ons with turnaround and payment terms.

By Murat Bo1 template · 4 partsUpdated 17 October 2026Free with profile

The short version

A rate card is one page that lists everything you charge: your video prices, bundles, usage rights and add-ons, with your turnaround and payment terms. You attach it when a brand asks what you charge, so they can see the whole menu while you quote for exactly what they asked.

This template has four parts. Copy each one, replace everything in [square brackets], and paste them into one document in order. Work out your numbers first with the guide on pricing your first UGC videos. The rate card only presents them.

The template is free with your creator profile. The first part is open to everyone on this page, so you can start before you join.

When to use each part

The four partsLengths are for the template text before you fill it in.
PartWhat it answers for the brandLength
1. Per-video prices by lengthWho you are and what one video costsAbout 70 words
2. Bundle pricesWhat they save by ordering several videos or a monthly batchAbout 35 words
3. Usage rights optionsWhat it costs to run your videos as ads, and for how longAbout 70 words
4. Add-ons, turnaround and termsExtras, delivery times, revisions and how payment worksAbout 90 words

Send all four parts together. A brand that only sees your video price will assume it includes paid ads and raw footage, and the conversation gets harder when it doesn’t.

How to lay it out

  • Keep it to one page. Brands often read it on a phone between meetings.
  • Use a plain document or a simple design tool, and export it as a PDF. A PDF opens the same everywhere.
  • Put the prices on the right, lined up, so the brand can scan them in a column.
  • Name the file with your name and the date, such as “Alex-M-rate-card-2026-10.pdf”, so an old version is easy to spot.

Per-video prices by length

The top of the card says who you are and what one video costs. Your 30-second price should match the starting rate on your UGCStars profile, so brands see the same number in both places.

Part 1: header and per-video prices
[your name] · UGC creator [niches] · [city, country] · Films in [languages] [email] · [UGCStars profile link] VIDEO PRICES Every video is vertical 9:16, edited, with [included hooks] hook variation(s). Organic use on your own channels is included. 15-second video ........ [15-second price] 30-second video ........ [30-second price] 60-second video ........ [60-second price] Photo set ([number] photos) ........ [photo price]

How to fill it in

  • [your name]: the name you use with brands, the same as on your profile.
  • [niches]: two or three, the same ones you lead with on your profile.
  • [city, country] and [languages]: where you film and the languages you can deliver a script in.
  • [email] and [UGCStars profile link]: so the card still works when it’s forwarded without your email.
  • [included hooks]: how many hook variations your price includes. One is common. More is a selling point.
  • [15-second price], [30-second price] and [60-second price]: your 30-second price is your starting rate. Shorter videos aren’t much faster to make, so don’t halve the price for half the length.
  • [number] and [photo price]: delete the photo line if you don’t sell photos.
