What does annual access include?

Annual access costs $245 a year and includes:

  • every creator’s business email and social links, as each creator permits
  • verified sample videos on every profile
  • saved creators, shortlists and copy-all-emails
  • saved searches with optional weekly email alerts
  • the brand template library: outreach emails, campaign briefs, NDAs and creator agreements
  • Your briefs: every free brief you post, with its applicants, in one place
  • every creator who joins while you’re subscribed

Search, filters and public profile details stay free for everyone. Access starts the moment your payment goes through.

How does the yearly renewal work?

Annual access costs $245 a year. It renews automatically on the date you bought it, and we email you a reminder before each renewal. There’s no fee per creator or per contact, and no commission on any deal you make.

Promo codes and affiliate discounts apply to the first year only. Renewals are charged at the standard price. If the standard price changes, we email you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can turn renewal off before it applies.

Taxes are added at checkout only where the law requires us to collect them, and the total is shown before you pay.

How do I cancel?

Open Account > Account and billing and press Turn off renewal. Your access continues until the end of the year you’ve paid for, and nothing is charged after that. You can turn renewal back on at any time before then.

Turning off renewal doesn’t refund the current year. Can I get a refund? lists the cases where we do refund.

When access ends, we keep your saved creators, shortlists and saved searches for 12 months. If you subscribe again within that time, they come back. If we ever close the service for good, we’ll email members at least 60 days before. Section 6 of the Terms of Service explains this in full.

Can my team or agency share one account?

No. Annual access is for one person: whoever controls the email address used to buy it. Login links are personal, and a shared or team inbox can’t be used to give several people access.

If more than one person at your company or agency needs access, each person buys their own annual access with their own email. There are no team seats or shared accounts.

If the person who bought access leaves or changes address, you can ask us to move access to a new email. We check the request first, and we won’t move it in a way that shares access between people.

Can I export the database or connect it to other tools?

No. Annual access doesn’t include an API, bulk export, data feed or download of the database, and it can’t be built into another product or resold. You can copy individual emails, and every email in a shortlist, which covers outreach for a campaign.

If you have a use in mind that needs more, such as an agency tool or a research project, contact us. Anything beyond standard access needs a separate written agreement.

Are there limits on how much I can use it?

There are fair-use limits on how many profiles you can open and how many contact details you can view or copy in a short period. They’re there to stop scraping and protect creators, and they’re set so that ordinary use by one person isn’t affected.

If you hit a limit during normal work, tell us what you were doing and we’ll look at it.

I bought access on the old UGCStars site. Do I pay again?

No. Lifetime access bought on the old site carries over, and it doesn’t move to the annual plan. Log in with the email address you used for the original purchase, and contact details show on every profile straight away.

If you no longer use that address, or can’t remember which one you used, contact us with the Billing topic. Include your name, any receipt or order number and roughly when you bought, and we’ll find the purchase and move it to your current email. Don’t buy again to get back in. If you do by mistake, the duplicate charge is refunded.

From your first login, or 30 days after we email you about the current Terms, whichever comes first, your access follows the current Terms of Service.
