Searching for creators

How search and filters work, and what to do when a search comes back thin.

How do I search for creators?

Open Find Creators and start with the filter that matters most to your brief, usually country or niche. Results update as you go, and the count at the top shows how many creators match.

Each result card shows the creator’s location, niches, platforms and follower range, so you can shortlist without opening every profile. Open a profile to see their bio, content types, starting rate and badges. You can also type a name, city or keyword into the search box.

Your filters are kept in the page address, so you can bookmark a search or send it to a colleague. Searching and opening profiles is free, with or without an account.

Which filters can I use?

There are more than 20, and you can combine any of them:

  • General: country, city, age range, gender and language.
  • Social: platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or X) and follower range. Follower range uses the creator’s largest account unless you pick a platform.
  • Content: niche, content type (product reviews, testimonials, unboxing, tutorials, product demos, vlogs, photography and voiceovers), and a maximum starting rate.
  • Lifestyle: skin type, dog owner, cat owner, parent and expecting a baby.
  • Quality: Verified, Top Creator, Highly Responsive, Most Contacted, recently added and recently updated.

Creators fill in lifestyle details themselves, and only where they describe them. The common filters show first, and the rest open with one click. On a phone, filters open in a panel from the Filters button.

How many creators are in the database, and where are they?

The Database Stats page shows the current numbers: total listed creators, countries, languages, niches, content types, ages, gender, follower ranges, platforms, lifestyle details and starting rates, with every chart repeated as a table. It updates daily and counts listed profiles only.

Before you buy, run the search you’d actually use. Searching is free, so you can see how many creators match your country, niche and language before you pay. Niche pages, such as skincare creators, show the same for one niche and its countries.

We don’t promise a number of creators in any niche or country, because creators join, hide and delete their profiles all the time.

How are search results ordered?

By relevance to your search, then by factors such as how complete the profile is, how many verified sample videos it has and how recently the creator was active. You can change the sort order above the results.

Creators can’t pay for a higher place, and no one can buy a badge. We may adjust the ranking factors as the database grows.

Why does my search show few or no results?

Usually because the filters together describe a very small group. Each filter narrows the results, so a city, a language, a skin type and a follower range together can leave very few creators. Try these in order:

  1. Remove the most specific filter. The undo button removes the last one you added.
  2. Widen the location from a city to a country, or add neighboring countries.
  3. Choose a broader niche, such as Beauty instead of Skincare.
  4. Drop the follower range. Brands hire UGC creators for the video, and many strong creators have small audiences.
  5. Raise or remove the maximum rate.

If the creators you need aren’t there yet, post a free brief. It goes to the creators who match, and if you publish it as a casting call, creators can find and share it. Missing a filter? The brief confirmation page has a form for suggesting one.

Can I save a search and get alerts?

Yes, with annual access. Set your filters in Find Creators and press Save search. Saved searches are listed under Account > Saved, where you can run them again or delete them.

Alerts are off for every new saved search until you turn them on. With alerts on, you get one email a week covering all your saved searches. It lists only creators newly listed that week who match, and it isn’t sent in weeks with no new matches. Each email has a link to run the search and an unsubscribe link, and you can turn all alerts off in Account.
