Creator Hub
Guides, templates and lessons for creators, and how access works.
What is the Creator Hub?
The Creator Hub is our library for UGC creators: guides, checklists, templates and video lessons on building a profile, filming, pricing and working with brands. Start with the profile checklist, then the pricing guide and the pre-shoot checklist.
It also has a UGC glossary with plain definitions of terms you’ll meet in briefs, from usage rights and whitelisting to hook rate and Spark Ads.
What’s free in the Creator Hub, and what needs a profile?
- Free: open to everyone, no account needed. This covers the guides, the checklists and most video lessons.
- Free with profile: log in as a listed creator, which costs nothing. This covers templates such as the rate card, brand email replies, script templates and the simple UGC agreement, plus some video lessons.
- Pro pack: optional one-off purchases, when they’re on sale. Everything else stays free.
Items that need a profile still show their purpose, how to fill them in and a worked example publicly, so you can judge them before you join.
What are pro packs?
Optional one-off extras for creators who want to move faster, such as practice briefs for building a portfolio, edit presets, or written feedback on your profile from our team. Each pack page shows the price, what’s included, the format and the software it works with before you buy. A pack is a one-off purchase and doesn’t include annual access.
Pro packs aren’t always on sale. When they’re not, their pages say the pack isn’t available. If you’ve already bought one, you keep access to it.
Can I get a refund on a Creator Hub purchase?
Digital items, such as briefs, presets and templates, open as soon as you pay. Once an item has opened, it can’t be cancelled or refunded, except where the Terms or the law say otherwise.
Services, such as a profile review, start when you ask us to begin. If you live where consumers can cancel services, you can cancel within 14 days. If we’ve already started, we refund the price minus the work done so far. Once the completed review is delivered, it can’t be cancelled. Sections 10.8 to 10.12 of the Terms of Service have the details.
