How do I edit my creator profile?

Log in with your email and open your creator account. You can change every detail: photo, name, location, languages, social accounts, followers, interests, content types, lifestyle details, starting rate, portfolio, samples and bio. Press Save changes when you’re done.

Most changes show straight away. New samples show after review, and a new email address takes effect once you open the confirmation link we send to it. Update your profile at least every six months. We send reminders, and profiles that stay out of date may be archived.

What can brands see on my profile?

Anyone can see your name as shown on your profile (usually your first name and last initial), photo, country and city if you gave one, an age range worked out from your birth year, gender, languages, interests, content types, lifestyle details, follower ranges, starting rate, bio and badges. Public profiles can appear on niche and country pages and in search engines.

Only logged-in brands with annual access see your business email, social links and sample videos. We never show your birth year, and if you’re expecting, we never show the expected date. When you apply to a casting call, the brand that posted it sees your profile and message.

How do I hide my profile from brands?

In your creator account, switch Profile status from Listed to Hidden. While it’s hidden, brands can’t find or open your profile and you won’t receive opportunity emails. Switch back whenever you like and everything returns as it was.

Hiding is useful when you’re fully booked or taking a break. If you only want fewer opportunity emails, turn those off instead and stay listed.

How do I delete my profile and data?

In your creator account, go to Delete profile and data, press Delete my profile and type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your profile, applications and personal data, and it can’t be undone. We email a confirmation and remove everything within 30 days.

We keep only a suppression record, so we never invite you again, and anything the law requires us to keep. Brands who saw your details before you deleted may have kept them, and they must still follow our rules on how they use them. Search engines can take some time to drop old copies of public pages. If you only want a break, hide your profile instead.

How can I get found by more brands?

  • Add three or more sample videos. Creators with three or more verified samples rank higher in brand searches.
  • Fill in every lifestyle detail that describes you. Brands filter by skin type, pets and kids to make ads believable.
  • Pick niches and content types that match your samples.
  • Keep your rate and samples current. Brands can filter for recently updated profiles.
  • Reply to casting call emails quickly. Creators who reply within 24 hours on average earn the Highly Responsive badge.
  • Use a clear, well-lit profile photo and a short bio that says what you make.

Ranking also takes into account how complete your profile is and how relevant it is to each search. No one can pay for a better position. The profile checklist covers each of these.

Why do you ask about skin type, pets, kids and pregnancy?

Brands look for creators whose lives match the product, so the ad is believable: a dog food brand wants dog owners, and a moisturizer brand wants creators with dry skin. These details make you findable for those briefs.

Only add details that describe you, and update them when they change. Saying you’re expecting is optional and needs your explicit consent. Brands can filter by it, but we never show the expected date, and we ask you to update your profile after it. You can remove any of these details from your account at any time.

What does “How brands see your profile” show?

It’s a private view in your creator account of how often brands find, open, save and contact you, where your views come from, and how you compare with similar creators. You can switch between the last 7, 30 and 90 days. Only you can see it.

It also shows the badges you’ve earned and your progress toward the others, such as how many of your samples are verified. Use it to see whether changes to your profile, like new samples or a new rate, lead to more views and saves.
